Shipping Policy
Worldwide Shipping
Steinberg proudly offers worldwide insured shipping on all jewelry orders.
All shipping costs, insurance fees, taxes and customs duties are included in the final purchase price. Clients will not be required to pay any additional import taxes, customs charges or delivery fees upon receiving their order.
Order Timeline
Because every Steinberg piece is custom made to order, each jewelry creation goes through several stages before shipment.
1. CAD Design
Within approximately 5–7 business days after payment, clients receive a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) rendering of their jewelry for approval.
At this stage, modifications can still be requested.
2. Diamond Selection
After CAD approval, clients select their center stone and additional diamonds.
For diamonds approximately 0.50ct and above, we provide:
- IGI certificates
- Diamond videos
- Detailed images
- Multiple stone options when available
Clients may select from our inventory or request custom sourcing and custom-cut diamonds.
3. Jewelry Production
Once the design and diamonds have been approved, the jewelry enters production.
Production typically requires:
- Approximately 2–3 weeks
Every piece is handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail and undergoes quality control before shipment.
4. Final Approval & Shipment
Before shipping, Steinberg provides:
- Final photos
- Videos of the completed jewelry
- Packaging confirmation when requested
Once approved, the jewelry is securely shipped to the client.
Estimated shipping time:
- Approximately 1–2 weeks depending on destination country and courier service
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are fully insured during transit.
In the rare event of loss or damage during shipping, Steinberg will work directly with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
Tracking Information
Once the order has been shipped, clients receive:
- Tracking number
- Shipping confirmation
- Delivery updates when available
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Customs processing
